UCLA Research Policy and Compliance
RPC is the administrative home for the development and dissemination of campus policy related to cannabis and hemp. The Cannabis Advisory Board (CAB) evaluates requests about accepting support from individuals or entities engaged in the cannabis business and for guidance about initiating cannabis research or related initiatives. The CAB assists in drafting campus policy and guidance. Roger Wakimoto, Vice Chancellor for Research, serves as the deciding official in cannabis and hemp related issues.
